To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must initiate the refund process within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Refund Process:


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs:


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exceptions:


Items on sale or purchased during a clearance event are not eligible for refunds.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
